• Cortical Anesthesiology - The application of this type of anesthesia requires specific equipment. Advantages include: almost painless application, immediate reaction, needs smaller amounts of the anesthetic, and helps avoid the unpleasant stiffening of the soft tissue.
• Piezo-surgery
  Requires specific equipment. It is applied in all cases involving osseo-surgery. Advantages: total lack of traumatic effect during bone-cutting; quick, easy and convenient treatment and minimizing of all surgical risks.
• Transdental stabilizers
  This method is applied in very few clinics worldwide. It allows for retention and conservation of teeth that otherwise need to be extracted.
• Subperiosteal implants and ramus-frame implants in particular
  Subperiosteal implantology is the only prosthesis solution for fully atrophic maxillae. It is gaining popularity with the wider use of computer-assisted technologies. As far as the ramus-frame implant is concerned, it is applied in cases of most severe atrophy where standard subperiosteal implants cannot be used.
• Transosseous implants
  Bosker is the only known implant of this type. We have modified it in a way to be used as an alternative to subperiosteal implants.
